Abstract: A (2,3)-packing on the finite set V is a pair (V,B) where B is a set of 3-subsets (blocks) of V, such that any pair of distinct points from V occurs together in at most one block. In this seminar, after giving some basic expressions of Combinatorial Design Theory, a study on "Optimal Packings" will be discussed.
